Wait for your Turn . . .

Once there was a small kid on earth.

One fine day it came to know that god is distributing apples to humans in his place at heaven.

The kid was so happy to receive that news and it went with lot of enjoyment to heaven to get the apple from god. There was a big queue standing to get apple from god and this kid also joined in that queue.

While it was standing, it was fully excited and thrilled for the fact that it is going to receive in person from god's hands. Its turn too came and the kid showed it's both the hands to receive apple.

God gave the apple but unfortunately the tiny hands couldn't hold that big apple.

Apple fell down and got wasted in mud. The kid got so disappointed.

The ministers near the god informed that if the kid likes to have an apple from god again then it has to again follow the queue.

Having waited for so long the kid didn't want to return back to earth with empty hands so it decided to wait again in the queue. This time the queue has become even longer than the previous one.

While waiting in queue, the kid could see lot of people who returns back with apple in hands and utmost satisfaction on their faces.

The kid was so much disappointed and thought why me alone didn't get the apple in hand when all others were easily able to get it. What is the sin I did that I alone should suffer like this.

Now the kid was so scared that it should not miss the apple again. Again its turn came and god gave the apple to the kid's hands and after giving the apple god spoke to the kid. "My dear child, last time after giving you the apple only I noticed the apple I gave to you was a rotten apple and that's why I made that to fell down from your hands. Having given you a rotten apple, I felt bad for you and I wanted to give you the best apple in the farm and that time the best apple in the farm was growing and that's why I made you to wait such a long time in the queue. Here it is. Now the apple that you have in hand is 'The Best' apple in the farm till to date. Enjoy."

Sometimes it happens as even after we put our 100% dedication and commitment things may get delayed or things may go wrong. Believe that god has something great for us and that's why this has happened.

Always say, 'Gratitude is absolutely the best way to bring more in one's life'. Believe this and see the world... Your world will also look green.

Gratitude

************

Gratitude is warm, loving and friendly feelings towards one who helps you. It is appreciation for favours received. It is goodwill and thankfulness to one who does you some service. As a river pours its waters into the ocean from which it draws its supply, so also a man of gratitude returns a benefit shown to him.

Cannot renew IP address in Windows problem

I was not able to connect to the internet. I went to the command prompt and type in IPCONFIG and pressed Enter.
The IP address for the computer was 169.254.x.x and the subnet mask was 255.255.255.0. The 169.254 address is an APIPA (Automatic Private IP Addressing) address that is assigned when no DHCP server is available or reachable.
So I decided to run the IPCONFIG /RENEW command to renew the computers’ IP address. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either and I got the following error:
An error occurred while renewing interface Local Area Connection : An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket.
If you get this error when trying to renew your IP address, you have a problem with the WinSock configuration on your computer. Luckily, you can read my post from Online Tech Tips on how to repair Winsock errors in Windows.
However, that may not be the only reason why an ipconfig /renew would not work. You may also get an error like this:
Limited or no connectivity
You might not be able to access the Internet or some network resources. This problem occurred because the network did not assign a network address to the computer.
For example, if you have a static IP address, then renewing will never work. You can tell if you have a static IP address by typing in IPCONFIG by itself and making sure it’s something other than 169.254. If it is, then someone may have manually set your IP address.
This means that even if there is a DHCP server on the network, it won’t get a new IP address. You can set your computer to obtain an IP address from a DHCP server automatically by going to Start, Control Panel, Network Connections. Right-click on the Local Area Connection and choose Properties.
On the General tab, scroll down in the list box till you see Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and highlight it. Then click on Properties.

Now make sure that both Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically are selected.

Now try to renew your IP address and see if you can connect to the Internet or network. If this does not work, you have to make sure there is not some kind of software on your computer that could be blocking all the ports on your computer.
Disable any firewall software and remove or disable programs like Zone Alarm and Norton Internet Security as they can get in the way sometimes.
Finally, the problem of not being able to renew your IP address could be because of the network interface card (NIC) itself. It could be with the drivers, so download the latest drivers and update them.
You can also test out whether it is a problem with your network card by connecting the computer to another device such as a cable modem or another router and seeing if it can connect to the Internet. If so, it could be a problem with the router assigning IP addresses and it would be easiest to reset the router.

Line4=Call 555-1212 for technical support

2.Save the file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder as Oeminfo.ini.
3.To add your logo to the General tab, create a 256-color BMP file that is 96 by 96 pixels in size.
4.SSave the file in the C:\Windows\System32 folder as Oemlogo.bmp.
